Kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131 yap\u0131 ve imalat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc oldu\u011fundan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc imalat \u00e7elikleri olarak da bilinirler.<\/p><p>Karbonlu \u00e7eliklerin t\u00fcm \u00f6zellikleri, i\u00e7erdikleri karbon miktar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, sahip olduklar\u0131 yap\u0131larla do\u011frudan ili\u015fkilidir. Artan karbon miktar\u0131 ile \u00e7eliklerde sertlik, akma ve \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131 artarken, s\u00fcneklik (% uzama ve % kesit daralmas\u0131) ve darbe dayan\u0131m \u00f6zellikleri azalmaktad\u0131r. Karbon miktar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 (bu \u00f6zelliklere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak) \u00e7eliklerin plastik \u015fekil alma kabiliyetlerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc rol oynamaktad\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu \u00e7elikler, karbon i\u00e7eri\u011fine g\u00f6re \u00fc\u00e7 grup i\u00e7erisinde ayr\u0131ma tabi tutulabilmektedirler.<\/p><p><strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Karbonlu \u00c7elikler:<\/strong>\u00a0Bu gruba %0,20\u2019ye kadar karbon i\u00e7eren \u00e7elikler d\u00e2hil edilebilirler. Mekanik \u00f6zellikleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak yumu\u015fak \u00e7elikler olarak da tan\u0131n\u0131rlar. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu \u00e7elikler d\u00fcnya \u00e7elik \u00fcretiminin en b\u00fcy\u00fck miktar\u0131n\u0131 kapsarlar. Bilhassa yass\u0131 mamuller ile in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve temel yap\u0131larda kullan\u0131lan \u00e7elik \u00e7ubuk ve profiller d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu \u00e7elikler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131ndad\u0131rlar. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu \u00e7elikler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon i\u00e7eriklerinden dolay\u0131, \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem ile k\u00fctlesel olarak yeterince sertle\u015ftirilemezler. Ancak, sementasyon, nitrasyon vb. y\u00fczey sertle\u015ftirme i\u015flemleri y\u00fczeyleri sertle\u015ftirilebilir.<\/p><p><strong>Kullan\u0131m Alanlar\u0131 ve \u00d6zelikleri:<\/strong>\u00a0C\u0131vata, somun, \u0131slah edilebilir makine par\u00e7alar\u0131 imalat\u0131, yap\u0131 ve in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde g\u00f6rev alarak kullan\u0131labilir. Y\u00fczey sertle\u015ftirme i\u015flemleriyle sertle\u015ftirilebilirler.<\/p><p><strong>Orta Karbonlu \u00c7elikler:<\/strong>\u00a0Bu gruptaki \u00e7elikler % 0,20-0,60 aras\u0131nda karbon ihtiva eden \u00e7eliklerdir. Karbon miktar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak orta derecede mekanik \u00f6zelliklere sahiptirler. Bu gruptaki \u00e7eliklerin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zellikleri, \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flemle yeteri derecede sertle\u015ftirilebilmeleridir. Bu bak\u0131mdan orta karbonlu \u00e7eliklerin kullan\u0131m sahalar\u0131 \u00f6zellik arz eder. Bilhassa makine imalat sanayinin tercih etti\u011fi \u00e7eliklerdir. \u0130\u015flenebilme ve \u015fekil alabilme kabiliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu \u00e7eliklere nazaran daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bu gruptaki \u00e7eliklerin kaynak kabiliyetleri de az karbonlu \u00e7eliklere nazaran d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Zira kaynak esnas\u0131nda meydana gelen kontrols\u00fcz \u0131s\u0131l etkiler \u00e7eli\u011fin yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fiminin de kontrols\u00fcz olmas\u0131na sebebiyet verir. Bunun neticesinde malzemelerde hatalara sebep olabilir. Bu sebepten dolay\u0131 orta karbonlu \u00e7eliklerin bilhassa ala\u015f\u0131m elementi ihtiva edenlerinin kaynak i\u015flemlerinde \u00f6zel itina g\u00f6stermek gerekir.<\/p><p><strong>Kullan\u0131m Alanlar\u0131 ve \u00d6zelikleri:<\/strong>\u00a0Makine, c\u0131vata, somun, dingil, gemi \u015faft\u0131, uskur mili, di\u015fli \u00e7ark, transmisyon mili, frezeli mil, y\u00fck kancas\u0131, manivela kolu, ray, kazma, k\u00fcrek gibi ara\u00e7 gere\u00e7lerin yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Is\u0131l i\u015flem ile sertle\u015ftirilmeye uygundur.<\/p><p><strong>Y\u00fcksek Karbonlu \u00c7elikler:<\/strong>\u00a0% 0,60\u2019dan daha fazla karbon ihtiva eden \u00e7eliklerdir. Normal halde y\u00fcksek mukavemetli ve s\u00fcneklili\u011fi az olan \u00e7eliklerdir. Is\u0131l i\u015flemlerle sertle\u015ftirilmeleri sayesinde y\u00fcksek sertlik kazan\u0131rlar. Bu bak\u0131mdan a\u015f\u0131nmaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve kesici \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahiptirler. \u0130\u015flenme ve \u015fekil alabilme kabiliyetleri, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve orta karbonlu \u00e7eliklere g\u00f6re daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Kaynak kabiliyetleri de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olup daha \u00f6zel tekniklerle kaynaklar\u0131 yap\u0131labilir. Bu gruptaki \u00e7elikler daha ziyade tak\u0131m \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131rlar. Y\u00fcksek karbonlu \u00e7eliklerin bile\u015fiminde bulunan karbon miktar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131, demir-karbon denge diyagram\u0131 gere\u011fince % 2\u2019ye kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilirse de, tatbikatta bu de\u011fer % 1,2-1,4 ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcksek karbonlu \u00e7elikler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve orta karbonlu \u00e7eliklere g\u00f6re daha kolay su alabilirler ve elde edilen martenzitik yap\u0131n\u0131n sertli\u011fi de daha fazlad\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kullan\u0131m Alanlar\u0131 ve \u00d6zelikleri:<\/strong>\u00a0Mil, \u015faft, c\u0131vata, somun, spiral ve yaprak yaylar, makaslar, kesici basit tak\u0131mlar, z\u0131mba, kep\u00e7e di\u015flisi, greyder b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131, y\u00fcksek mukavemetli makine par\u00e7alar\u0131, e\u011fe, keser, a\u011fa\u00e7 testeresi gibi ara\u00e7 gere\u00e7lerin yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r.
