Karbon (C) de\u011ferleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fundan mukavemet art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7eri\u011findeki mangan (Mn) de\u011feri ile y\u00fckseltilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin St37 malzemenin min. 370 N\/mm\u00b2 \u00e7ekme mukavemetini sa\u011flamas\u0131 gereklidir. Transmisyon \u00e7eli\u011fi ifadesi ise genellikle SAE 1008 \u2013 SAE 1010 \u2013 SAE 1012 \u2013 SAE 1013 VE ST-37 kalite \u00e7elikler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu malzemelerin so\u011fuk \u00e7ekilmi\u015f yani kalibre edilmi\u015f \u015fekli ticari piyasada transmisyon olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Transmisyon \u00e7elikleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon de\u011feri sayesinde y\u00fcksek kaynak kabiliyeti sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu da i\u015flem sonras\u0131 veya montaj s\u0131ras\u0131nda kaynak i\u015flemi gerektiren makine par\u00e7alar\u0131nda, otomotiv ekipmanlar\u0131nda millerde ve imalat\u0131n bir\u00e7ok par\u00e7as\u0131nda kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmakta ve tercih sebebi olmaktad\u0131r. Transmisyon \u00e7eli\u011fi tala\u015f kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda sert olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in rahat i\u015flenmektedir. Fakat otomat \u00e7eli\u011fi gibi tala\u015f k\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015flem s\u00fcresi uzamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle kullan\u0131lma sebebi otomat \u00e7eliklerine k\u0131yasla ekonomik olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>St44 ve St52 malzemeler daha mukavim bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.
