Paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerin m\u00fckemmel korozyon dayan\u0131mlar\u0131 yan\u0131nda, de\u011fi\u015fik mekanik \u00f6zelliklere sahip t\u00fcrlerinin bulunmas\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda kullan\u0131labilmeleri, \u015fekil verme kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131, estetik g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcmleri gibi \u00f6zelliklere sahiptirler.<\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7elikler bile\u015fimlerinde en az %11 krom i\u00e7eren bir \u00e7elik ailesidir. Bu \u00e7eliklerin y\u00fcksek korozyon dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan unsur; i\u00e7erdi\u011fi Cr, Si ve Al gibi elementler, oksijenle birle\u015ferek y\u00fczeye kuvvetle tutunmu\u015f, yo\u011fun, s\u00fcnek, \u00e7ok ince ve saydam bir oksit tabakas\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ok ince olan bu amorf tabaka sayesinde paslanmaz \u00e7elikler kimyasal reaksiyonlara kar\u015f\u0131 pasif davranarak indirgeyici olmayan ortamlarda korozyona kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131m kazan\u0131rlar. S\u00f6z konusu oksit tabakas\u0131, oksijen bulunana ortamlarda olu\u015fur ve d\u0131\u015f etkilere (a\u015f\u0131nma, kesme veya tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat vb.) bozulsa dahi kendini onararak eski \u00f6zelli\u011fine tekrar kavu\u015fur.<\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerde karbon %0,02 -1 aras\u0131nda olabilir, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon miktarlar\u0131 daha tipiktir, y\u00fcksek oranlar martenzitik \u00e7eliklerde s\u00f6z konusudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerde karbonun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda krom karb\u00fcr olu\u015fur ve genellikle tane s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda krom karb\u00fcr olarak \u00e7\u00f6kelir, bu nedenle kafes i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f krom miktar\u0131 %12\u2019lik s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015febilir ve malzemenin korozyona dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6zelli\u011fi kaybolur. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 t\u00fcrleri atmosferik korozyona, y\u00fcksek ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 t\u00fcrleri ise asit, alkali \u00e7\u00f6zeltileri ile klor\u00fcr i\u00e7eren ortamlara daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00e7elikler ayr\u0131ca y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve bas\u0131n\u00e7larda da kullan\u0131labilirler.<\/p><p><strong>Y\u00fcksek ve D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck S\u0131cakl\u0131klar<\/strong><\/p><p>Baz\u0131 paslanmaz \u00e7elik t\u00fcrlerinde, y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda dahi tufallanma ve malzemenin mekanik dayan\u0131m\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fc\u015fme g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. Baz\u0131 t\u00fcrleri ise \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda dahi gevrekle\u015fmezler ve tokluklar\u0131n\u0131 korurlar.<\/p><p><strong>\u0130malat Kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerin hemen hepsi kesme, kaynak, s\u0131cak ve so\u011fuk \u015fekillendirme ve tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat i\u015flemleri ile kolayl\u0131kla bi\u00e7imlendirilebilirler.<\/p><p><strong>Mekanik Dayan\u0131m<\/strong><\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu so\u011fuk \u015fekillendirme ile pekle\u015fir ve dayan\u0131m\u0131n artmas\u0131 sayesinde tasar\u0131mlarda malzeme kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 azalt\u0131larak par\u00e7a a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve fiyatta \u00f6nemli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fler sa\u011flanabilir. Baz\u0131 t\u00fcrlerde ise \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flemler ile malzemeye \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek bir dayan\u0131m kazand\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p><p><strong>G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm<\/strong><\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerin kolay temizlenebilir olmas\u0131, bu malzemelerin hastane, mutfak, g\u0131da ve ila\u00e7 sanayinde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p><p><strong>Uzun \u00d6m\u00fcr<\/strong><\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7elikler dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve bak\u0131m\u0131 kolay malzemeler olduklar\u0131ndan, \u00fcretilen par\u00e7an\u0131n t\u00fcm kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ekonomik malzemelerdir.<\/p><p><strong>Paslanmaz \u00c7eliklerin T\u00fcrleri<\/strong><\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerde kimyasal bile\u015fim de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek farkl\u0131 \u00f6zelliklerde ala\u015f\u0131mlar elde edilir. Krom miktar\u0131 y\u00fckseltilerek veya nikel ve molibden gibi ala\u015f\u0131m elementleri kat\u0131larak korozyon dayan\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131labilir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bak\u0131r, titanyum, al\u00fcminyum, silisyum, niyobyum, azot, k\u00fck\u00fcrt ve selenyum gibi baz\u0131 elementlerle ala\u015f\u0131mlama ile ilave olumlu etkiler sa\u011flanabilir. Bu \u015fekle makine tasar\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve imalat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fik kullan\u0131mlar i\u00e7in en uygun paslanmaz \u00e7eli\u011fi se\u00e7me \u015fans\u0131na sahip olurlar. Paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerde i\u00e7yap\u0131y\u0131 belirleyen en \u00f6nemli ala\u015f\u0131m elementleri, \u00f6nem s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re krom, nikel, molibden ve mangand\u0131r. Bunlardan \u00f6ncelikle krom ve nikel i\u00e7yap\u0131n\u0131n ferritik veya ostenitik olmas\u0131n\u0131 belirler.<\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00e7elikler 3 ana gruptan toplan\u0131rlar:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0Ferritik<\/li><li>\u00a0Martenzitik<\/li><li>\u00a0Ostenitik<\/li><\/ul><p>Bu grupland\u0131rma malzemelerim i\u00e7yap\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu gruplar i\u00e7inde en yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lanlar ostenitik ve ferritik \u00e7elikler olup, bunlar\u0131n kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 t\u00fcm paslanmaz \u00e7elikler i\u00e7inde %95\u2019e ula\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p>Az ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 ve ala\u015f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7elikler ortama ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak h\u0131zla paslan\u0131r veya kimyasal a\u015f\u0131nmaya u\u011frarlar. Tahribattan ve paslanmadan korunmak ama\u00e7l\u0131 boyar maddeler kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 veya ilave \u00f6nlemler istenen korumay\u0131 sa\u011flayamayabilir. Bu gibi durumlar i\u00e7in paslanmaz \u00e7eliklerin se\u00e7imi \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p>\u0130\u00e7erdi\u011fi Cr, Si ve Al gibi elementler, oksijenle birle\u015ferek, \u00e7ok ince, yo\u011fun ve yap\u0131\u015fkan bir oksit film tabakas\u0131 olu\u015ftururlar. Bu tabaka paslanma olu\u015fumunu engeller. Bir malzemenin paslanmaya kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilmesi i\u00e7in her m 2 i\u00e7in malzeme kayb\u0131n\u0131n 2,4 gr\u2019dan az olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p><p>Paslanma olay\u0131 sadece \u00e7eli\u011fin ala\u015f\u0131m durumuyla ilgili de\u011fildir. Par\u00e7alar\u0131n tala\u015fl\u0131 i\u015flem \u00f6zellikleri de paslanma konusunda \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; y\u00fczeyi hassas ta\u015flanm\u0131\u015f bir par\u00e7an\u0131n paslanma oran\u0131, k\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00fczey kalitesine sahip bir par\u00e7an\u0131n paslanma oran\u0131ndan daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p><p>Paslanmaz \u00c7eliklerin S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0Krom \u00e7elikleri<\/li><li>\u00a0Krom-nikel \u00e7elikler<\/li><li>\u00a0Krom-mangan \u00e7elikleri<\/li><li>\u00a0\u00c7ok fazl\u0131 \u00e7elikler<\/li><\/ul><p>Krom \u00e7eliklerin korozyon dayan\u0131m\u0131, birinci planda krom miktar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Genellikle %13-17 aras\u0131nda krom i\u00e7erirler.<\/p><p>Krom-nikel \u00e7elikler %13-21 krom, %5-20 nikl ve %0,02-0,16 aras\u0131nda karbon i\u00e7erirler. Nikel ilavesiyle korozyon dayan\u0131mlar\u0131 daha fazla\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p>Krom-mangan \u00e7elikler; krom-nikel \u00e7eliklerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131na paralel olarak \u00f6zel durumlarda kullan\u0131labilirler.
